Due to the nature of our experiences, all bookings are final, and refunds are not guaranteed. Many of our tours operate in government-protected reserves, where last-minute cancellations by forest authorities are beyond our control.

• Government Cancellations – If a safari or permit is revoked by park authorities, refunds cannot be issued as these fees are non-refundable under government policies. However, we will assist in rescheduling or offering alternative experiences.
  
  
• Traveller Cancellations – Cancellations initiated by the traveller are subject to standard cancellation charges, as communicated at the time of booking.
  
  
• Force Majeure – In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or travel restrictions, we will strive to provide alternatives, but refunds cannot always be assured due to third-party regulations.
